We recommend fitness experts Pat and Kevin Penny at Potential Energy if you want personal training, tennis coaching and/or guided walks cycle tours around the beautiful local countryside. Pat is a qualified sports massage therapist and brings her massage table to the house. A relaxing massage from Pat can only be described as the ulitimate in holiday luxury. We have a few restaurants that we really recommend. Its always best to book ahead to avoid disapointment.
Le Relais Royal in Mirepoix offers delightful haute cuisine (but its pricey). We think its worth it for a special treat.
For cheap and cheerful pizza in Mirepoix we go back time and again to La Maniguette
A very special place for dinner is the old Abbey in the beautiful village of Camon L'Abbaye de Camon
