Availability & Prices

• Prices shown include bed linen and towels 
• Please supply your own pool towels and beach towels
• A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the Balance payable 8 weeks prior to rental along with a security deposit of £250, which is refundable after the property rental  
• Dates shown are the beginning of the rental week (Saturday)
• On some occasions change over dates are flexible
• Changeover day is normally on a Saturday
• Arrivals after 4pm Departures by 10am
